Submission Guidelines

  • The abstract should not exceed 2,500 characters (including spaces) with a standard structure (Title, authors, background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions).
  • All abstracts should be submitted at: https://forms.office.com/r/AtWVbxwcJW
  • Posters can be re-used from previous meetings or updated/new.
  • Standard poster sizes are acceptable, but must not exceed 4' H x 4' W.

All aspects of BME Research will be considered for inclusion to highlight the breadth of research underway in North Texas. 

 

North Texas BME Healthcare Challenge: Rapid Ideation Proposal Competition

Brainstorm and pitch your solution while networking with North Texas Region BME students to solve pressing healthcare problems. Join us for the Healthcare Challenge Rapid Ideation Proposal Competition - an exhilarating event where your creativity and innovation can shape the future of patient care!

What to Expect:

  • Brainstorming Sessions: Collaborate with fellow bright minds to generate groundbreaking ideas including innovative applications for nanomaterials, biomaterials, tissue engineering, biomechanics, imaging, machine learning and combinations thereof.
  • Proposal Presentations: Present your innovative solutions aimed at enhancing research, diagnosis, and treatment in healthcare.
