A multi-level class for a wide range of students. Practice a variety of poses/asanas with the aid of a chair. Equipment needed: Chair, preferably folding chair but a dining room chair will work too. Optional: Mat
Classes are hosted via Zoom. Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
