Suffering from a sore lower back or other common ailments from desk work? This class will focus on shoulders, knees, quadriceps and hip flexors.
-Equipment suggested: one or two yoga mats, sturdy chair
-Optional: yoga blocks, strap or belt, blankets or beach towels.
How to Join
Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
