The Asian Pacific Islander Business Resource Group and Clements University Hospital Nutrition Services will be celebrating Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, on Nov. 11 with a special menu of Indian food including vegetable korma, choley, khoya kaju, naan, rice, raita, and pickles, with gulab jamun for dessert.
