 monthly free HbA1C screening\, a simple finger-stick test that measures yo
 ur average blood sugar over the past three months which is a key indicator
  of diabetes and prediabetes risk.\n\nNo appointment needed. Just walk in\
 , and one of our team members will guide you through the quick test. You'l
 l get your results on the spot\, along with linkage to resources where fol
 low-up care is recommended. Whether you're managing diabetes\, watching yo
 ur risk factors\, or just want to know where you stand\, this screening is
  for you.\n\nWhile you're there\, our team will also administer the Health
 Street Community Needs Assessment\, a brief\, confidential survey connecti
 ng participants to relevant health\, social\, and financial resources base
 d on individual needs.\n\nMothers in attendance are invited to voluntarily
  participate in a maternal health survey\, contributing to research aimed 
 at improving health outcomes for mothers in our community. Participation t
 akes only a few minutes.\n\nHealthStreet at UT Southwestern links communit
 y members to health resources\, research opportunities\, and support servi
