What is your snacking style? Join us for an abbreviated hands-on culinary medicine experience celebrating snacks that contribute to stable blood sugar levels, mental well-being and are associated with reducing our risk of developing Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other chronic disease. We will make, taste and discuss the elements of three different types of snacking styles: salty, crunchy, and sweet! Come with your questions and your appetite! *NOTE: Tree nuts will be served.
