An adjunct to the Effective Communication training, this presentation will delve deeper into the different aspects of communication on the job. We will explore how communication can be misconstrued and the steps to take to have more clarity. The impact of family and culture on communication is also addressed. Listening for full understanding will be encouraged as we seek to model healthy communication to our fellow employees. Demonstrations of healthy workplace communication will take place as well.
