ETHICS GRAND ROUNDS: ETHICS OF SMART PILLS AND THE DAWN OF SURVEILLANCE MEDICINE

Upon completion of this activity, the RN will be able to:

Explain how digital medical technologies work to surveil and treat patients

Analyze the ethical issues raised by prescribing these new technologies

Consider how these technologies will change medical practice

This activity provides 1.0 contact hour.

Requirements for Successful Completion: Completion of this activity requires signing in on the attendance roster, attendance of the entire activity and completion/submission of the activity evaluation.
