 s a board-certified neurologist and movement disorders specialist at Henry
  Ford Health. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas S
 outhwestern Medical School\, followed by a neurology residency at MedStar 
 Georgetown University Hospital-National Institutes of Health. She then com
 pleted fellowship training in Movement Disorders at MedStar Georgetown Uni
 versity Hospital. She currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor Mic
 higan State University College of Human Medicine and Wayne State Universit
 y School of Medicine.\n\n\nDr. Farzal specializes in the diagnosis and man
 agement of Parkinson's disease\, tremor\, dystonia\, and other movement di
 sorders\, with expertise in advanced therapies including deep brain stimul
 ation and botulinum toxin treatment. In addition to clinical practice\, sh
 e is actively involved in resident education\, quality improvement\, and c
 linical research\, with a particular interest in advancing evidence-based 
 care for patients with movement disorders. She serves as the Associate Pro
 gram Director for the Henry Ford Neurology Residency and is committed to t
 raining the next generation of neurologists. She also serves on the Michig
 an Parkinson Foundation (MPF) professional advisory board\, where she help
 s support education\, advocacy\, and improved care for individuals living 
 with Parkinson's disease in the state of Michigan.
