About Margaret Kypreos:

Originally from New York City, Dr. Kypreos holds a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She earned her medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso and completed internal medicine residency training as well as a pulmonary and critical care fellowship at UT Southwestern.

Dr. Kypreos joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2021.

Dr. Kypreos specializes in pulmonology with a subspecialty in interstitial lung disease. Her research focuses on patients with interstitial lung disease secondary to chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis and connective tissue diseases.
