About Amit Shah:

Dr. Shah holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Washington University. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed internal medicine residency training at the University of Illinois. He then obtained advanced training through a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

He is passionate about educating the next generation of physicians to take excellent care of the aging population, and is the associate dean of student affairs for the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine — Arizona Campus.
