About Sarah Wingfield:

Dr. Wingfield earned her medical degree at UT Southwestern. She completed an internal medicine residency, a geriatric medicine fellowship, and an advanced geriatric physician fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. She also holds a degree in chemistry from Trinity University.

She joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2016.

Dr. Wingfield's research interests include the perioperative care of older adults and new models of care.
