 r. Khan earned his medical degree with special distinction at the Universi
 ty of Michigan in Ann Arbor\, Michigan\, while also obtaining a master’s
  degree in public health from Harvard University. He performed a residency
  in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic and Lerner College of Medici
 ne in Cleveland\, Ohio. After serving as a hospitalist at Massachusetts Ge
 neral Hospital and an instructor at Harvard Medical School and concurrentl
 y obtaining a master's degree in epidemiology from Columbia University\, h
 e gained advanced training in hematology and oncology through a fellowship
  at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School. \n\nD
 r. Khan joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2022.\n\nHis research intere
 sts include myeloma and other monoclonal gammopathies\, as well as cancer 
 epidemiology.
