About Jake Lichterman:

Originally from Los Angeles, Dr. Lichterman holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of California Los Angeles. He earned his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York and completed internal medicine residency training, followed by fellowship training in hematology and oncology at UT Southwestern as part of the Physician-Scientist Training Program. He currently serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Koh Lab. 

Dr. Lichterman's research focuses on understanding the role of the circadian clock and the gut microbiota in modulating response to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
