Start your week off right with a full body workout that combines cardio with strength training. Cycle through various compound exercises that target different muscle groups with minimal rest time. Be prepared for plyometrics, light weight work, and high intensity cardio segments - including sprinting!
Equipment Needed: Any type of weights - dumbbells, textbooks, empty (or full) suitcase, etc.
How to Join
Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
