Join the LGBT & Allies BRG on Monday, March 20^th, from 12 to 1 PM for the first event of UTSW’s National LGBTQ Health Awareness Week Lecture Series, “How to Be a Good Ally.” This panel discussion will feature Kim Marchand, RN, OCN, and Natalie Torres, LMSW sharing insights on how to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. This session will cover term definitions, where to start, how to address conflict, and safety, and provide educational resources for anyone interested in learning more.
