About Jessie Ortwine:

Jessie Ortwine earned her doctorate in pharmacy at the University of Michigan. She completed pharmacy practice residency training at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, and advanced training through an infectious diseases specialty residencyat Detroit Medical Center in Michigan. 

Jessica Ortwine is a board certified Infectious Diseases pharmacotherapy specialist. Along with the other inpatient ID pharmacists, she rotates the responsibilities of rounding with the ID consult teams, performing antimicrobial stewardship activities, and facilitating transitions of care for patients discharging on IV antibiotics.
