This training will be facilitated by the Office of Institutional Equity & Access’ Division of Diversity & Inclusion on November 30, 2022 from 3:30-5:00 p.m.
This is part one of a two-part series. Each session is 90 minutes. This session is a prerequisite to ‘Inclusive Team building – Part 2’
In this two-part series, we provide teams with the opportunity to assess their workplace environment and collaborate on an inclusive path forward. The core objectives we discuss include:
• the core components of an inclusive team
• operationalizing team norms
• micro-messaging in the workplace
• navigating communication breakdowns
• active allyship on teams
This training is considered a Level 1 D&I training.
Registration is required and closes 2 days before the day of the training.
