About Julie Philley:

Originally from Overton, Texas, near Tyler, Dr. Philley holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University. She earned her medical degree from UT Health Houston’s McGovern Medical School and completed internal medicine residency training at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital. She then received advanced training through a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UT Southwestern.
