This course is designed for those who have interest or need to develop foundational knowledge in concepts of quality and process improvement activities. Participants can be employees at any level that wish to improve work processes and deliver excellent customer service or are management champions who need an overview of methodologies. Participants will become familiar with Quality Improvement (QI)terminology, tools, methods, and concepts in order to contribute to the organization's objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
