Lunar New Year is a celebration of the arrival of spring and the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar calendar. 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit - demonstrating traits of respect, patience, kindness, energy, and resiliency. Celebrate this important observance with the Asian Pacific Islander Business Resource Group as they partner with Nutrition Services at UT Southwestern to bring the flavor of this celebration to our campus community.

A curated menu will be available for purchase at CUH Dining Hall for $8. The menu consists of vegetarian potstickers, vegetarian spring rolls, Kung Pao Tofu, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Shanghai Bokchoy, Chicken Stir Fried Noodles, Vegetarian Fried Rice, Hot Green Tea, and mochi for dessert. This event is open to all.
