Firstline workers have traditionally relied on fragmented tools and manual processes which has caused them to fall behind on essential procedures, security practices, and training. Furthermore, they have felt disconnected from their team and have had to resort to using consumer tools. Microsoft Teams training for Frontline workers will give them a mobile-first look at using Teams to access all the information they need to do their jobs each day and understand how to communicate effectively and securely with their colleagues.

The Microsoft Training Program
This is the first course in an 8 week training program designed to provide virtual hands-on learning for the most impactful Microsoft applications on a flexible schedule via Microsoft Teams Live. The sessions will start June 16th and will occur twice a day every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until July 30th at the same times.
Each week, Microsoft will teach identical courses around a particular topic. Those topics are:
Communication and Collaboration
Storage, Sharing, and Planning
These training webinars are designed so that the only variable is what topic is being trained for the week to make it easier to for attendees to schedule to attending.
