   1. Learn the benefits of counting carbohydrates for southeast Asian cooking for chronic disease prevention and wellness.
  2. Understand the optimum range of daily carbs based on healthy individual versus an athlete, patients with any acute and/or chronic disease(diabetes, CVD, renal, etc). 
  3. Meal planning and measuring food every day to meet our daily goals is tedious with our busy lives. Learn easy food measurement tips while planning and managing daily carbohydrate range with south Asian cooking
