This free, in‑person event brings together disability service providers, community organizations, and other local partners in one accessible location for families, caregivers, and individuals of all ages. It is hosted by The IDD Council of Tarrant County in partnership with Fort Worth ISD.

Attendees can:

• Visit exhibitors offering services such as Medicaid waivers, Social Security, guardianship/supported decision‑making, behavioral health, employment & transition services, homelessness support, college programs, assistive/adaptive technology, special needs trusts, assisted living/housing, financial planning, recreation, therapy, respite/day habilitation, and more

• Attend breakout sessions on topics like guardianship alternatives, behavioral health, and more

NT-ADRC will provide free BP screenings and mini-cognitive assessments. Educational materials on Alzheimer's and related dementias will be readily available as well.
