Come out and join this strength training class which targets abdominals, back, core stabilizers, and more to promote torso stability.

This workout offers a variety of circuit models and bodyweight-only modifications for participants at any level and in any location.

How to Join

Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
