Tired of the same old workout every day? Come to Operation: Sweat to mix up your routine and challenge yourself! Each class will have a different style of workout, such as Tabata, circuit training, or stations. Cardio and strength training are incorporated to give you a full-body workout.
Equipment needed: a mat and some weights- whether those are actual dumbbells or home weight substitutions like canned products, a textbook, bottle of water, or a bottle of laundry detergent.
How to Join
Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
