Join us during her Building Self-Management and Resilience Leadercamp aimed at honing your self-management skills and uncovering invaluable strategies to help you navigate any situation.

 

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

• Learn the importance of self-management tools and building resilience.

• Explore the new research about being ‘rugged’ and ‘resourced’ when it comes to resilience.

• Brainstorm a range of activities to manage wellbeing and emotions and assess these against recommended criteria.

• Analyze your own range of personal wellbeing and resilience strategies to identify if any actions may need to be stopped, added or modified.

• Explore some well researched strategies to include in the design of your own intentional activity ‘toolkit’.
