Join Jaclyn Albin, M.D., Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, at the next President’s Lecture Series on April 11.   


She will discuss the importance of dietary patterns on health outcomes, the national “food as medicine” movement, and how UT Southwestern’s Culinary Medicine Program blends the art of food and cooking with the science of nutrition and medicine to train health professionals and the community.
