Join Todd F. Roberts, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Neuroscience and an Investigator in the Peter O’Donnell Jr. Brain Institute at UT Southwestern, at the next President’s Lecture on Sept. 19.
He will discuss his work studying vocal imitation in songbirds as well as how it can be used to examine conditions in which speech acquisition sometimes goes awry in human neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
