UT Southwestern’s Office of Quality, Safety, and Outcomes Education is offering a beginner dynamic Quality Improvement (QI) course this fall, designed to equip healthcare professionals with the tools to lead impactful change. Grounded in the Model for Improvement, the course blends evidence-based methodologies, interactive workshops, and expert mentorship to guide participants through designing and implementing real-world QI initiatives.
Open to physicians, nurses, educators, researchers, and staff from UT Southwestern, Parkland, Children’s Health, the VA, and Scottish Rite for Children, the course requires no prior QI experience and is ideal for novice to intermediate learners. Participants will earn Continuing Medical or Nursing Education credits, and registration fees are waived for this session.
