Do you feel rested when you wake up in the mornings? Are you struggling with sleep? Come join our one-hour session on Sleep and Wellness to bring sleep to the forefront of our focus on well-being. We will review the basics on why sleep is important and how it impacts our mental and physical health, the harms of sleep deprivation, challenges with shift work schedules, and strategies to help improve sleep.
