About Megan Sorich:
Dr. Sorich earned her medical degree at the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and received advanced training in shoulder and elbow surgery through a fellowship at the W.B. Carrell Memorial Clinic.
She also completed a geriatric orthopaedic trauma fellowship at the University of Minnesota, a program focused solely on the orthopaedic and interdisciplinary care of the elderly and the only fellowship of its kind.
Dr. Sorich joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2019.
She serves as the Geriatric Orthopaedic Educational Editor for the Orthopaedic Trauma Association and is a member of American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and the Texas Orthopaedic Association, among many other professional organizations.
