In this bootcamp-inspired class you’ll get a full-body workout using dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio in a high-intensity interval training format. Beginners welcome!
-Equipment needed: exercise mat, hand weights (water bottles or heavy textbooks work too!)
How to Join
Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
