The Starting University Clinical Careers Efficiently, Scholarly, and Successfully (SUCCESS) program offers opportunities for our new and current Clinician-Educator Assistant Professors to jump-start their preparation for academic career success. SUCCESS was developed as a collaboration between the Office of Faculty Development and the Office of Women’s Careers. Part 1 of SUCCESS will focus on building your foundation as a clinician, as well as clinical and educator development. This year we've also added two new modules on Physician Wellness and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Instructors and Associate Professors on the Clinician-Educator or Clinical Scholar tracks could also benefit.
