Tabata is a form of high intensity training designed to get your heart rate up for short periods of time. It consists of eight rounds of high intensity exercise in specific 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off intervals
Equipment needed: A weight or heavy object, a mat or towel

How to Join
Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
