About this Event
TeamMAPPS (Team Methods to Advance Processes and Performance in Science) is a behavioral skills training program specifically developed to increase collaboration and effectiveness of scientific teams.
This module covers a set of competencies that provide team members with a safe environment, including participant acknowledgement, issue identification and conflict resolution. Competencies include Perspective Seeking, Acknowledging and Including and Addressing Issues and Resolving Conflict. Participants will learn theoretical and evidence-based practices including tools for implementing the competencies.
