About Thomas H. Lee

Thomas H. Lee, M.D., M.Sc., is a Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a medical degree from Cornell University. He trained in internal medicine and then cardiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he continues to practice as a primary care physician. He also holds a master’s degree in epidemiology from Harvard.

As Chief Medical Officer for PressGaney, Dr. Lee is responsible for developing clinical and operational strategies to help providers measure and improve the patient experience, with the overarching goals of reducing patient suffering and improving the value of care.
