"Enhancing The Use of Implementation Science to Bring Research into Clinical and Population-Health Practice"

Thursday, May 23rd from 9:30 AM - 3 P.M. in Y2.206

Register now for this free event! Join us for a day of collaboration between scientists, practitioners, health systems, and community stakeholders as we discover, learn, share, and establish new methods, initiatives, tools, and research opportunities to improve health outcomes and health disparities.

Implementation science is an evolving area of research that asks the question: “How do we move our scientific discoveries from controlled environments (e.g., clinical trials) to everyday clinical and population health practice”? Implementation science addresses well-documented gaps in healthcare quality, variation in practice, and the lag between scientific discovery and clinical application.

Keynote Speakers: Amy Kilbourne, PhD, MPH
