Deanna Armstrong is an executive leadership coach and consultant who believes in empowering her clients to be their best selves. She has worked with CEOs and executive committees in the biotech industry and had a positive impact on team performance. As a coach, Deanna works with her clients to clarify their personal values, remove performance blocks, and elevate their leadership capabilities. She brings 20+ years of experience across diverse industries and functions. As a mission-driven change catalyst, Deanna is emotionally intelligent and candid. CEOs and executives trust her and take action. Deanna earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, a Master of Science from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University. She has leadership experience in marketing, market access, sales, and operations across industries. Deanna has worked at IBM, UCB, Citi, Janssen, and Sanofi.
