In this presentation, attendees will learn how to assess risk related to the deployment of generative AI tools, and how to design and implement governance structures to mitigate that risk. Attendees will also receive updates on trends for responsible deployment of generative AI tools, guidance on assessment of use cases, and thought leadership on the future of data science.

Matt Todd is a Shareholder in Polsinelli’s Houston office. Matt is Co-Managing Partner of the Houston office and currently serves as co-chair of the Licensing & Transactions practice and co-chair of the Restrictive Covenants & Trade Secrets Litigation practice. Matt is also a member of Polsinelli’s Blockchain and Web3 Steering Committee and a member of Polsinelli’s AI Committee.
