Overview:
Lindsay will share insights on building a team to support AI products, covering the necessary roles, hiring timelines, subject matter expertise relevance, and tips for recruiting technical talent in unfamiliar fields.
Bio:
Lindsay Dow is the Founder and CEO of Tetricus Labs, a startup integrating technology and AI into psychiatry. Before founding Tetricus, she was an M&A advisor at Evercore Partners, closing over $40B in healthcare transactions. Lindsay also served as COO and head of Research at Jensen Partners, an HR data startup. She holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Yale University and chairs the Christina Seix Academy Board. Her personal experience with psychiatric misdiagnosis fuels her passion for helping others achieve recovery and a fulfilling life.
