Vin & Zen yoga is half vinyasa flow, half restorative yoga, allowing for full relaxation of mind and body. Each pose and stretch is linked to the breath. It is a mindful practice to deepen our understanding and appreciation of ourselves involving meditation, intentions, and smiles. All levels welcome.
How to Join
Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
