Vinyasa Flow is the dynamic practice of linking poses together with the breath, simultaneously building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class is slightly more fast-paced and energetic than Vin & Zen and is a great way to drown out those Monday blues. All levels welcome.
How to Join
Classes are hosted via Zoom and open to all UT Southwestern Students, Residents, Faculty, and Staff . Zoom meeting information is sent via email. First-time participants can email StudentLife@utsouthwestern.edu to request to be added to the email listserv and receive all virtual fitness class login information.
