Your Time Away offers employees more flexibility with how they use their paid time off, adds new benefits, and, most importantly, unused sick and vacation accrual balances will be converted to prior sick and vacation leave banks and will be available for future use.  We are excited about this progressive change and look forward to sharing it with you.
