<p>Annual evaluations are more than a requirement – they’re an opportunity to reflect on your contributions, recognize your impact, and think intentionally about what’s next. This session will walk you through what to expect and how to approach your self‑evaluation in a thoughtful, meaningful way.</p>

<p>Eligible employees hired on or before March 1, 2026, must undergo a performance review from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026.Complete your self-evaluations by May 31. Manager evaluations are due May 31.Evaluation ratings feed directly into the merit tool to facilitate merit planning.The iPerform tool will remain open to accommodate edits and additional comments throughout the performance discussion cycle, which ends Aug. 31.Completed and acknowledged evaluations are due Aug. 31.Why Attend?
